Information about the submission process for DICHOTOMY28: RED
The University Of Detroit Mercy School Of Architecture and Community Development is conducting a call for entries for the 28th edition of Dichotomy.
What is Red? A morphing array of mediums of activity, a vast pool of experienced emotions and movements. A melting pot of a myriad of spiritual beliefs, cultural understandings, emotional interpretations, tangible objects, and intangible connections. Red calls for engagement and intensifies experience. Red is real. Red is fast. Red is angry. Red is playful. Red is inter-action. Dichotomy 28: RED diversifies our understanding of primary elements that enrich surroundings. Red invites designers, creative thinkers, and advocates towards action. The light is on. Red is live.
Abstract EXTENDED Deadline:
March 15th, 2024
Final articles may be in a wide variety of forms, including projects, scholarly papers, photo essays, poetry or interviews.
500 word abstract and imagery due on March 15th, 2024
Notification sent in May with final full manuscript submissions due September 1st, 2024.
Accepted full articles will be published in Spring of 2025.
